Addressing these areas in advance, either through training or coaching would directly increase the learners’ chances of maximising their potential and proving a worthy investment.

The following people have registered low levels of belief in the following areas, and would benefit directly from training or coaching.

The extensive feedback from the Learner Readiness Questionnaire Report will be directly helpful to the self sufficient and operational learners. More dependent learners are likely to require additional support.

We suggest that direct training is suitable for those who have registered 35 and below in any one area. Coaching would apply to those registering between 36-38.
